This Project was a Submission to the Fashion Scholarship Fund. The prompt for this case study were as follows:
“For this year’s case study, your goal is to create a collection that addresses the needs of post COVID-19 consumers. This collection must be for an existing fashion apparel, accessories, footwear, home, beauty or health and wellness brand or retailer.”
Stitched Up by Rent the Runway is a purpose-driven collection created for the post-Covid consumer who values seamless experiences, individuality, and conscious consumption. The portfolio highlights the transformation of excess inventory through reconstruction and thoughtful design, giving unsellable garments a new life while reducing textile waste. The collection positions fashion as a second chance through sustainability and innovation.
